.Teyotshey. Goddess
Teyotshey is the goddess of creation and considered the great Queen of the gods. She requires no use of wings as Teyotshey can blink from one place to the next. She prefers to be seen equal in height to those gazing upon her so they may feel comforted, this comfort is also mastered by her glowing aura. Pure, warm, golden glowing light, Teyotshey has molten golden orbs for eyes with brilliant pupils which seem to float inside their sockets. Her tail is long and the fine hair, like her mane is white gold and flowing as if in water. Both her horns and hooves are blindingly white. Like her creator, Naa, Teyotshey's horns spiral 3 times, yet hers are as smooth as glass.

Ahk.a.Naa.
Top Left: Quick sketch of Naa's head.
Top Right: Ahkahna without her mane.
Bottom: Naa, the god of life, death, and magic takes the most common form as a magnificent, towering taschevah. Androgynous, Naa has 6 great spiraling horns like that of an Ibex, each horn cradling the six stages of life through death as a kani flower (seed, sprout, plant, flower, wilted dying plant), 2 primary eyes of silver (moons), 2 primary eyes of molten light (suns), the third central eye is pitch black like the universe with a galaxy spiraling in the center (the unknown, magic, and eternity). Naa has no true color and may shift colors, though a favored color seems to remain diluted umber, almost gray. Naa's mane is made of black, silver, and golden strands. Canine tusks erupt from the mouth and curve back and upward towards the forehead where they intricately spiral together forming an oculus for the central black eye.

Glayden!
Hello visitors!
Clyde and I have been in the city of Glayden for about two months now and have had plenty of things to do and places to see to keep us very well occupied, as you can see I haven't made a post since Somper (May, in Earth months). I am deciding on a new camera as my old one malfunctioned, frying all of the already mangled images that were on there. *Huff!* Clyde suggested a rather pricey camera, we can afford it but, there's one of similar quality and much cheaper, we just have to wait a few days before it is back in stock at the store. Penny pincher me, I choose the cheaper one!
Glayden is a pretty densely populated city for it's small size, not much more than 14,500 people in an area of 8 square miles. It's located 3,282 feet above sea level in the Althorane Mountain Valley, a very popular area for Noreako who make up the populace thanks to the cooler climate and unique cliff faces which drop into deep river gorges. Their homes are worked into the rocky cliff faces accompanied with electricity and a unique plumbing system. Docks outcrop from walkways and landings ahead of each door with colorful awnings and wallside gardens.
Unfortunately there's a lot of work and repairs going on thanks to the severe storm that inundated the city, which means all the water and debris battered the lower end of the Noreako community. As we've seen, some places were filled in entirely with mud and sand, so many people had to relocate.
Other common sights are Mechaelen, who prefer to live in-city, while Gwaran and Uequoi comprise of the minority. As with any city, there are plenty of Human, Quinn and Yerian inhabitants alongside their Taschevah families and friends.
Coming from my small town, such a busy city is amazing. This is mostly possible because most of the locals, the Noreako, live in their cliffside homes, making more space available for shops.
More to come later!

Glayden
Hello friends! I apologize for the unnecessary delay in our blogging. We were unable to make it to Glayden and have stopped at a small community center in the mean time. Apparently, right before we left, a rather nasty storm dumped enough rain to fill an ocean in the city and so we called off the trip there till things get cleaned up a bit more. Many of the buildings were damaged by flooding as Glayden is located in a low lying area, as well as mud slides and wind damage. There was mention of a severe downburst.
We will be on our way shortly, and until then we will be sitting out a day or two here in Borin. What an appropriately named town, there's not much to do here. I'll take photo's if I can. Uncle Clyde seems content to rock in his chair and read his "western" story.

Onto Glayden!
Uncle Clyde woke me early this morning, though having not slept as well as I had liked anyway allowed me to rouse rather abruptly. He had decided that it was time to go, and so we are getting things packed up, ready for our next trip a few miles away to Glayden. Mrs. Dobbs had talked to my uncle a few days ago about this area saying that the mountain views were particularly stunning, much higher up than where we've already been, and the temperatures are nice and cool with lovely breezes.
Nuk and Grace will be missed, but I do admit that after a few nights of hearing them try to open the bedroom door (remember, we locked it!) I will be glad to have some possible quiet. I'll have to post some silly photo's of them again once we figure out what's wrong with my camera, I may have to get a new one :(
Clyde has gone to the market for a few final take-alongs, snacks, beverages, and told me he has a surprise for me before we leave this evening. I am so excited! I can't wait! But for now I must return to cleaning our laundry, organizing our packs and taking a few more pictures of the farm house before we say goodbye. I may even try to doodle some, but that's more for uncle Clyde, he's the artiste` of the family :)
Until later!

Lisa, Jonas and George
I asked the Dobbs and Mister Welner if they would be interested in a quick take of their photo, clearly Mrs. Dobbs is very tickled about the idea! I apologize for the blurriness, it was standing on a wobbly log.

I also wish to extend a very warm welcome to all of the new visitors to Tala'Nynn! I do hope you continue to join us on our travels! We should be headed out a few miles north east to Glayden in another day or so :)
